Transparency

Turnaround is calculated in working days from the date of sketch approval, not from the initial brief submission. Queue position affects start dates.

Rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Rush timelines, if available, carry an additional fee confirmed in the quote.

Revision rounds are defined per commission type and agreed before work begins. A revision round covers changes to composition, color palette, detail level and text elements where applicable.

Revisions do not include complete concept changes after sketch approval. If the project direction changes substantially after sketch approval, this is treated as a new project.

Pricing is project-specific. Quotes are provided after reviewing the brief. Factors that affect pricing include artwork complexity, number of subjects, dimensions, revision rounds required and licensing scope.

A 50% deposit is required to enter the commission queue. The remaining 50% is due before final files are released. Invoices are issued for all transactions.

Payment methods accepted and currency options are confirmed at the quote stage. Pricing is communicated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) for local clients and USD for international clients unless otherwise agreed.

All final files are delivered digitally via a secure download link or email attachment, depending on file size. Files are available for download for 30 days from the delivery date.

Minimum resolution for delivered files is 300 DPI for print projects and 150 DPI for digital-only projects, unless a higher specification is requested.

Personal commissions include a personal use license. The artwork may be printed for personal display or used digitally for non-commercial purposes. It may not be reproduced for sale, used in advertising or published commercially.

Commercial commissions include a written license document. The license specifies permitted uses, territory, duration and reproduction rights. Extended licensing is available and priced separately.

Copyright of all original artwork remains with the artist unless a full copyright transfer is explicitly agreed and documented in writing.

Cancellations before sketch delivery: deposit is refunded minus any administrative costs already incurred.

Cancellations after sketch delivery but before final artwork: deposit is non-refundable. The sketch file is provided to the client.

Cancellations after final artwork delivery: no refund. Files are delivered and the commission is considered complete.

The studio reserves the right to cancel a commission if a project brief requests content that conflicts with ethical guidelines or applicable law. In such cases, a full deposit refund is issued.
